In the picturesque valley floor of the Muggio Valley, carved out by the Breggia River, lies the Bruzella Mill, an ancient mill dating back to 1284, restored and in operation since 1996. The flour for polenta is a product born from the experience and sensitivity of our millers, stone-ground using only the power of water to drive the ancient gears.
